CPS
man kind wrote an Act in AD 1985; in that Act a prosecuting service was named - Crown Prosecution Service; with the magic of prosopopoeia, CPS excercises funtions on behalf of Crown; neither exist in reality; they are inventions;
see Acts, Crown, mask
scopeCPS on this page means the service-name Crown Prosecution Service written in the Prosecution of Offences Act 1985;
the short sequence
- in the CPS framework, it is written that CPS was
created
by the Prosecution of Offences Act 1985; - man kind wrote that Act; the writing is real, but a man is required to pretend CPS exists; see Acts;
- man kind also wrote that CPS
exercises those functions on behalf of the Crown
; the writing is real; but Crown is fiction; a man is required to pretend Crown exists; see Crown; - words can not bring anything into reality; CPS is an invention; it does not exist;
the feigning of person
prosopopoeia: CPS is presented as though it decided, authorised, signed, spoke, or prosecuted;
| falsehoods | feigning of person |
|---|---|
| “CPS decided to prosecute” | prosopopoeia; CPS is presented as though it decided to prosecute; |
| “CPS authorised the charge” | prosopopoeia; CPS is presented as though it authorised the charge; |
| “CPS signed the document” | prosopopoeia; CPS is presented as though it signed the document; |
| “CPS prosecuted” | prosopopoeia; CPS is presented as though it prosecuted; |
| “CPS says” | prosopopoeia; CPS is presented as though it spoke; |
test the deed before naming the wrong
false dealing begins where a man does not declare the context is fiction, which masks a deed; see mask; if he uses Crown as authority, that is falsehood; when he knowingly uses that falsehood to mislead another man, it is deceit; when he uses that knowing deceit for gain or to seek an unjust advantage, it is fraud;
falsehood
does what the man presented accord with fact; did he know it was false;
deceit
did the man knowingly use falsehood, false appearance, or a concealed fact so another man would be misled;
fraud
did the man use that deceit for unjust advantage, something not due, or to bring about hurt, damage, or loss;
conclusion
CPS is fiction;
there is a written service-name, role-names, records, paper, computers, buildings, and man kind; there is no CPS in reality, no separate CPS body can be found;
CPS cannot appoint, decide, authorise, sign, speak, prosecute, claim, suffer wrong, or provide remedy; a man does every deed, and liability never leaves the man;
evidence ledger
the source record is kept below and separate from the conclusion drawn on this page; the current statutory text was checked on 2 August 2026;
the service-name and the man kind who carry it
in section 1(1) of the Prosecution of Offences Act 1985, man kind wrote of a prosecuting service known as the Crown Prosecution Service; they wrote that it consists of the Director of Public Prosecutions, Chief Crown Prosecutors, and other staff appointed by the Director;
in section 1(2) to (6), man kind wrote that the Director appoints staff, designates members as Crown Prosecutors, designates a Chief Crown Prosecutor for each area, and directs the exercise of Crown Prosecutor powers concerning the institution and conduct of proceedings;
the current section 1 text has effect from 29 June 2026; in section 11 of the Victims and Courts Act 2026, man kind altered who may be designated and wrote limits concerning rights of audience and conduct of litigation; the amendment does not alter the central point that the written service consists of role-holders and staff;
appointment, functions, and the Code
- in section 2, man kind wrote that the Attorney General appoints the Director of Public Prosecutions;
- in section 3, man kind wrote that the Director discharges functions under the superintendence of the Attorney General; they placed duties concerning the institution and conduct of proceedings and advice against the Director role;
- in section 10, man kind wrote that the Director issues a Code giving Crown Prosecutors guidance about proceedings and charges;
- in the current Code for Crown Prosecutors, the Director writes guidance for prosecutors who make prosecution decisions;
official personification and the man beneath it
the official CPS page called What we do uses we
and attributes deciding, preparing, and presenting cases to the institutional name; on the same page man kind wrote that prosecutors and lawyers make the decisions (prosopopoeia) and must follow the Code;
applicationthe official grammar does not make a service-name into man; it points back to the man who acts as prosecutor or lawyer and who examines, decides, writes, speaks, or presents;
source and conclusionman kind wrote the ficiton which hides the man; they did not write the conclusion CPS requires a man to pretend it exists, yet that is true;
