restore to the man who did send the envelope/package - see terms
to the man who did send this item:
the item you have sent, has not come from a body corporate as marked; whilst i sympathise that you may have been deceived, i have not; i have no wish to share in the deceit; a body corporate does not exsit;
sending once is mistake, so i restore this item to you; twice is wrong doing; thrice i shall consider trespass; if you are ignorant, and continue to send things, i will likely view it as wrong by way of assault, and possibly fraud;
two examples of deceit
personation or prosopopoeia
the words show which device the man used; the two devices may appear together;
personation
the man plays or assumes a character, or pretends he is the mask;
“i am a TV Licensing Officer ”
the man presents himself in the role or assumed character; personation is fraud if the false representation is for gain, even if that gain is an unjust advantage fraud
personate — OED evidenceprosopopoeia
the man gives voice or a deed to an imaginary or absent person, role, body, office, service or thing;
“HMRC says …”
“the Court ordered …”
the man presents the mask as though it spoke or did the deed; prosopopoeia is fraud if the false representation is for gain, even if that gain is an unjust advantage fraud
prosopopoeia — OED evidencebotha man may pretend he is the mask and also give voice or another deed to it;
a man wrote, authorised, signed, printed or sent the communication; liability is with each man for each deed;
source boundary
the distinction and examples above come from /mask, where the OED source images and fuller word records are shown;
company in the box means an incorporated company or body corporate within the stated scope of /company; it does not concern the ordinary use of company for man kind gathered together;
the government-body box applies where the communication or its recorded chain relies upon Crown authority; a government body, department, minister or officer is in that chain; see /crown;
personation and prosopopoeia describe the device shown in the words; their continued use will likely lead to deceit, or even fraud;
